There are 15 intense days<\/span><\/strong> of construction work in the homes of needy families, mobilization and interaction with the local community, all always with the lively and relaxed spirit of Just a Change. Seats are filled in order of registration<\/span><\/strong> so don’t waste time!<\/span><\/p>\n

\/\/ During 15 days<\/span><\/strong> (sunday to sunday) we will be working to rebuild a home of a family in need.<\/span><\/p>\n

\/\/ We work in teams from 09AM to 6PM<\/span><\/strong>, between Monday and Saturday<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span> We rest on Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n

\/\/ Each team has a coordinator<\/span><\/strong> responsible.<\/span><\/p>\n

\/\/ In the construction work, there is a professional technician<\/span><\/strong> who guides the work and teaches you everything you need to know.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rest is up to us \ud83d\ude42<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are there any age restrictions for volunteering?”]Yes. To be a volunteer you must be 18 years old or older. There is no maximum age! Although most of our volunteers are university students (18 – 26 years old), anyone of legal age is welcome!<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I've never worked on construction sites and I don't know anything about construction. Can I still participate?”]Yes! Our volunteers are constantly accompanied and supervised by a coordinating volunteer and a construction technician, who are there to teach you everything you need!<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I am on the waiting list. And now?”](Un)Fortunately, we have more applications than vacancies. Vacancies are occupied in order of registration and therefore it is natural that there are people on the waiting list. The Camp In has a cost of 50\u20ac, which includes insurance, a Just a Change t-shirt, food (breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner), accommodation for the 15 days and transport from the accommodation to the construction site and vice versa, during the working days.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This amount DOES NOT include transport to the camp site or extra food.<\/span><\/p>\n

No. There are a lot of people who want to participate in the Just a Change camps. By occupying a vacancy, you are taking the place of someone else who could perhaps spend every day in the field and that would not be fair.<\/span><\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I live in the area where the camp takes place. Can I sleep at home?”]No. Just a Change camps are an intensive experience of working and interacting with other people. The camp spirit gains a lot with everyone’s presence. So we think it makes sense to spend every day together!<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I have dietary restrictions. Can I participate in the camp?”]Yes!
